VT Tyndall North American Fund

Fund overview

The VT Tyndall North American Fund is an open ended investment company (OEIC), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. The fund seeks to achieve long term capital growth by investing in a portfolio of North American equities, predominantly US equities although this may also include Canadian equities.

Investment philosophy

Over the last decade, ETFs and passive strategies have increasingly become the go-to solution for many investors. Whilst we recognise that passive strategies serve a role in a portfolio, we offer something different with the VT Tyndall North American Fund.

As true active managers we are selective with our exposures and do not believe that reflecting the index is additive to investors seeking diversified exposure especially when charging active fees.

We apply a split approach to the portfolio: core stock selection based on finding long-term thematic winners and tactical selection driven by the outlook for growth and inflation.
